Declaration from Student and Parent
6+6 colour passport size and stamp size photographs
Self-attested photocopy of Aadhaar Card
Two copies of mark-sheet and certificate of H.S. / equivalent examination (self-attested)
Two copies of mark-sheet and certificate of 10th / equivalent examination (self-attested)
Two copies of admit card of Madhyamik / equivalent examination (self-attested)
Original school leaving certificate from head of institution last attended
Original character certificate from head of institution last attended
Original Migration Certificate (for CBSE, ICSE and other University candidates only)
Self-attested photocopy of blood group report and eye sight certificate
Two copies of SC/ST/OBC certificate (for reserved category candidates only)
Two copies of physically challenged certificate (for PH candidates only)
Admission form duly filled up by the candidate (available at campus)
Important Notes
Original documents must be produced at the time of counselling / admission.
Provisional admission may be cancelled if original documents are not submitted.
All photocopies must be self-attested (signed by the candidate).
Bring original + 2 attested copies of each document.
