1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the KBCP website (kbcp.in), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.
2 Website Use
The content on this website is for informational purposes only. Kshudiram Bose College of Pharmacy (KBCP) reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any content at any time without prior notice. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages.
3 Admission Policy
- Admission to the D.Pharm programme is based on merit (10+2 marks) subject to availability of seats and PCI/WBJEEB norms.
- KBCP reserves the right to cancel or modify admission offers if documents are found to be fraudulent, incorrect, or incomplete.
- Seat confirmation requires payment of the full admission fee by the stipulated deadline.
- All admissions are subject to approval from the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and WBSCT&VE&SD.
4 Fee Policy
- Fees paid are generally non-refundable except as per PCI, WBSCT&VE&SD, and government regulatory guidelines.
- KBCP reserves the right to revise fees annually as per regulatory norms.
- Students failing to pay fees within the due date may lose their enrolled seat.
- Any disputes regarding fees shall be referred to the college management whose decision shall be final.
5 Code of Conduct
Students enrolled at KBCP are expected to:
- Maintain a minimum of 75% attendance as required by PCI/WBSCT&VE&SD norms.
- Adhere to all institutional rules, regulations, and dress code.
- Treat faculty, staff, and fellow students with dignity and respect.
- Not engage in any form of ragging — ragging is strictly prohibited and punishable under UGC anti-ragging regulations and Indian law.
- Not indulge in any activity that brings disrepute to the institution.
6 Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and course materials — is the property of KBCP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
