3 Admission Policy

• Admission to the D.Pharm programme is based on merit (10+2 marks) subject to availability of seats and PCI/WBJEEB norms.
• KBCP reserves the right to cancel or modify admission offers if documents are found to be fraudulent, incorrect, or incomplete.
• Seat confirmation requires payment of the full admission fee by the stipulated deadline.
• All admissions are subject to approval from the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and WBSCT&VE&SD.

4 Fee Policy

• Fees paid are generally non-refundable except as per PCI, WBSCT&VE&SD, and government regulatory guidelines.
• KBCP reserves the right to revise fees annually as per regulatory norms.
• Students failing to pay fees within the due date may lose their enrolled seat.
• Any disputes regarding fees shall be referred to the college management whose decision shall be final.

5 Code of Conduct

Students enrolled at KBCP are expected to:

• Maintain a minimum of 75% attendance as required by PCI/WBSCT&VE&SD norms.
• Adhere to all institutional rules, regulations, and dress code.
• Treat faculty, staff, and fellow students with dignity and respect.
• Not engage in any form of ragging — ragging is strictly prohibited and punishable under UGC anti-ragging regulations and Indian law.
• Not indulge in any activity that brings disrepute to the institution.

6 Intellectual Property
